No, because you add water to the sauce packet, the dry/powdered milk is still present. I can survive if I take a Lactaid.

This particular type of Lundberg Risotto is one of our favorites, and we make it frequently. I've told a few people about it. It's creamy and slightly sweet, and it goes well with chicken or pork, which are our two favorite meats.

This Risotto brand is one of my favorites

I really like this Risotto brand, but it's not available in my area. This one was a little bland for me; I prefer the one with mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. With dinner, this is a great quick side dish.

I was hesitant to try the butternut flavor, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. My family prefers it to the parmesan because it is slightly sweeter. Anyone would benefit from this.
