Sorry, but this recipe can only be made on the stovetop. It only took about 25 minutes to prepare, but it was delicious!
This risotto has a rich, creamy flavor that I really enjoy. It's something I've always done on the stovetop. In fact, I'm not sure if the microwave instructions are printed on the box. Sorry!

Risotto is a tricky dish to make, and everyone has their own (strong! ) opinions on the texture and flavor of risotto, but it is a very simple, at-home dish. The Lundberg is a fantastic home risotto mix that is actually HEALTHY (i. e. not full of cream and fat). br>br>All you have to do is toast the rice in a pan with a little olive oil, then combine the rice with a few cups of water and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, you can add vegetables or other ingredients to make a creamy dish. br>br>So, no, this isn't going to be super-duper-duper-duper-duper-duper-duper-duper-duper- It's not as fancy as a restaurant risotto, but it's delicious and makes a great side dish for any meal. This book comes highly recommended.
Creamy and silky texture. The Risotto with Creamy Parmesan is by far my favorite. Easy to prepare, goes well with almost anything; serve with scallops or shrimp on top, and mushrooms during the reduction process. You can't go wrong with a case of this stuff because it has a creamy smooth flavor. So good.
When we need a starch, this is a quick fix. It lasts a long time and is simple to make.
Lundberg Farms Creamy Parmesan Risotto was first discovered in our local Supercenter's gluten-free section. I was able to purchase it twice there, but as is typical of that store, it was never restocked. When I discovered it on Amazon, I was overjoyed! This is the simplest way to make a creamy, rich risotto. It comes highly recommended from me!.
This is a delicious and filling side dish!.
br>My mother's risotto was the best, so this is a close second.
We loved the Lundberg Risotto, but we prefer to brown the rice in good quality sweet butter before continuing with the cooking. It's a simple recipe that tastes great.
