The amount of spice you can handle depends on how sensitive you are. There is enough spice to give the dish flavor, but not so much that it's a danger to eat. Whether you are making it with chicken, sausage, or seafood, it will work well! This product is delicious without the salt thanks to its excellent seasoning! Need to reduce sodium due to cardiac problems
