Packets 2 and 3 are there. This package contains one dry seasoning packet (a little bigger than the typical seasoning packet found in main stream ramen dishes) and one small packet of black garlic oil. It is not necessary to use the whole dry packet if you want to reduce the sodium. It is one of the best flavors and brands of ramen I have ever eaten. As an additional recommendation, I would recommend Indomie
They are on the way Unlike the Japanese version, this is not available in Japan. It is possible that some of the ingredients are fish.

I consider Black Garlic Oil Ramen to be one of my favorite flavors so far. My favorite flavor is hard to describe so I am ordering it again. (I ate nearly all of the 30 ct. last Winter lol)
I love the taste so much that I am ordering another 30 ct. This is not a strong garlic flavor, but instead it adds a good blend to the general overall taste of the dish. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what the basis of the flavor would be, but my personal feeling and others' is that it has a pork flavor to it, although it isn't overpowering. If I was to attempt to add anything to ramen, it would absolutely be this flavor. While I do not add anything like you would find in a restaurant, this flavor would be the one I would use. If other ingredients were added, I can imagine just how much more delicious it would be. Two packets are included, one a dry seasoning (which based on previous comments, I believe has a pork flavor), and the other a liquid packet that contains I'm referring to a black jacket. In case you don't have a store where you can purchase them individually, 30ct is a bit of a risk as you may not enjoy If you search for it and are unsuccessful, you might find luck with a much smaller count, or as a friend did, you might find a variety pack that included three (Even though it was thought this was the best flavor of the bunch. from stores tends to be much cheaper in cost, this is a flavor I've never seen in a store before. The 30ct currently costs $24 at the time this article is written, 12/8/19. If my memory serves me correctly, they were about $5 cheaper than they were last time I bought them.
