I saw an offer for $5 for a 12-pack of 12 oz. cans. It seemed too good to be true when I saw the deal for $50, but everything on the amazon page indicates that it really is I will give you 50 cents to start with They indicated the item had been reduced by 70% from $23, "4 cents an ounce", so I bought two. As an actual objective rule of thumb, I was anticipating it to come with just 2 cans, not 24 but everything in the Amazon page seems to imply otherwise. I ended up spending $14 at the end of the day. A price of $50 for 2 tuna cans. Almost don't want to use Amazon Fresh again after the 2nd time where I received less product than was described and the dubious nature of these "bargain prices" has become more apparent. The item description is only 1/12th of the actual description and I paid 14 dollars. I should like a partial refund, to be honest. A little over a dollar is 50 cents, or 11/12ths of a dollar. I think it would be fair for me to receive a refund or credit of $50.
A case of the "expensive"-preferred - product was purchased four (4) times A 12 oz. can of StarKist Solid White Albacore Tuna. It was impossible to open the case without damaging all the cans. As the box/case and packaging were intact, only the contents were damaged, I am confident that the product I was sold was a spare (damaged product) that was sold to me without my knowledge. A very disappointing experience It's a lot to say in the least!.
It's another great product from Amazon Fresh with a brand name. The tuna from StarKist is of the best quality and tastes great. I love it!.
I prefer solid white albacore tuna over tuna poached in olive oil, since it's more difficult to find. I find tuna packaged in oil to be less fresh and I prefer the taste.
I haven't bought tuna with oil in years before, but we always had it as kids, so I figured, what the heck. The outcome is not as I had expected, but everything will be OK in the end.
OMG, HOW DO I START, I'll leave you to it, but I'll stay away for now.
When I tried eating this canned fish for the first time, I found it tasted very good, but if there were large pieces, I preferred that.
My favorite part is that I got a dozen for free They don't need to be soaked in water. There is wild caught tuna on the menu,.
