I happen to be one of them. Someone who enjoys experimenting with new things. Smoked oysters were introduced to me by my grandfather when I was a child, and I've been a fan ever since. br>br>Normally, I buy the ones that are available in the grocery store, but I'm looking for more American items, as are a lot of people these days. That's how I came across these, and I'm glad I did! There's no oil in these oysters; they're all meat. Just enough to keep them from drying out. as well as being absolutely delicious. br>br>I fell in love with raw oysters while visiting Washington State. I had a feeling I'd enjoy these as well! This book comes highly recommended.

I thought these oysters were a little salty at first, but after a couple bites, I was completely smitten. I even went back for a second can! I like how the can contains very little oil and is completely filled with oysters. br>br>I'd buy it again. . . I just wish the variety pack was available on Amazon.
