What is the maximum amount of cans that can be ordered in one ?

As far as I know, I got 24 cans The pricing may be different depending on this, as well. If you are purchasing from Amazon, make sure you check the unit quantities.

What about the can lining? Is it free of BPA?

There is no indication that the can is BPA free on the can.

What is the sugar content of the product? Is high fructose corn syrup bad for you?

I believe that corn syrup was not used, but sugar and dextrose were likely added as part of the curing process. They are, in any case, not sweet in any way. It is your concern if that is the case.

The lox and fish salad I bought used to be my favorite. Herring are the only fish I will buy from now on and I won't buy anything else. I enjoyed these herrings very much because they were tasty and were a great size. The bagel is topped with cream cheese and red onion and served with herring. The best sandwich on the planet.

I live in an area of America with a lot of fresh water fish. The salt should not be too strong

Despite the fact that the sodium level is about the same as some other brands, these don't seem to taste as salty as others. The herring are soft and flaky and the flavor is not as salty as some You have good stuff here.
