The best you can do is good

Though it is not what I expected, it is not surprising that it is dense, smoked herring covered with sauce if it is all that I expected. The tins I usually buy in this size have very flaky, delicately smoked, very tender herring, so I'm a little disappointed in the quality. It must be said, though, that the herring itself was delicious. It's not so much the sauce as it is the fish.

I have one more tin to eat, but I won't order these again if I can find a tin that features fish more suited to my tastes.
