Eurocaviar - Shikran - Smoked Herring Red Caviar Pearls 3.52 oz [100 g] [Premium Caviar Alternative]

I heard about "eurocaviar", but I laughed when I had "caviart, seaweed pearls". Contrary to what you might have thought, this stuff is actually amazing! Caviar tasted just like smoked salmon due to the use of science. You really don't want to believe me. Whether on a bagel with cream cheese or a cracker with all the usual caviar things, this is a great snack. Although I venture to say that I would often choose this over real caviar, it does sometimes work well. My advice is to give this a try as I have found other molecular caviars to be disgusting. You can count on me to buy again.

It had never occurred to me that it was man-made before I ordered it. Although I was expecting disappointment, I was not disappointed in the least. I am actually quite pleased with the flavor (it tastes like smoked salmon). Among the things I used it on were some deviled eggs and some It was delicious when garnished with dill, chives, and Any type of food is great with it! It is a product I will order again definitely.

The package arrived today, and I'm so happy to have it! While the product is very salty, light and fishy (which I love!) it lacks a texture that makes it stand out. As far as money goes, I'm not bad considering what I Make it into a cream cheese bagel and serve it with crusty bagel. The likelihood of buying this item again is high.
