The product is not shipped on ice. It is not necessary. The caviar is not of the highest quality. My grandkids enjoy it, so I buy it for them.
Before opening, you do not need to refrigerate this product.

There are no threats to the market for any good sturgeon caviar from this event. The crunchy and tasty part of it on the other hand. We don't contribute anything to the Iranians or Russians when we buy it. As far as I can tell, the lumpfish is not an endangered species. You'll find it to be extremely easy on your bank account. I almost forgot to mention the taste is pretty good as well. Make a batch of caviar canapes (you can look them up online) or spread some on a cracker with a bit of sour cream and onion these can be eaten on their own, as well as on deviled eggs, potatoes, etc. Make you feel as if you are indulging more than you really are by popping a bottle of cheap bubbly.
The caviar is my favorite for years, the price is very good, and the taste is superb, however one of the three jars arrived smelly and broken. Glass is usually packaged very well, but this one was very poorly. An envelope with bubble wrap around it is all that is required. Let's get Amazon to move - This is not the way to do it!.
I used to date wealthy men who provided me with top of the line stuff, but this is excellent. You might think about adding a combination of cream cheese and chive to add an extra flavor to cancel out the hint of fish. Don't let the fact that you may not notice it unless you are expecting it stop you. In addition to pita triangles, cream cheese with chives, chopped egg whites, and sour cream, we used toasted pita triangles. On top of that, you should add the caviar so that it hits your roof of your mouth first.

There's no such thing as a beluga. Nevertheless, I use it with other ingredients in recipes where the taste of the caviar is just a complement to the rest of the dish- Sour cream tastes great with pasta, baked potatoes, smoked salmon, and almost anything else with potatoes or pasta. It serves more as a garnish than as the main event.
I would purchase it again. To serve with my poached eggs, along with toasted French bread, this is just what I was looking for. You can't go wrong with.

Whenever I eat this caviar, I like to put some chive cream cheese on top. About a month ago, I bought an entirely different brand, and not only did it not compare, I returned it. It is convenient to be able to purchase three items in one place.
