As a result, I've updated my review to a full 5 star + excellent product. Initially, I was preoccupied with what seemed to be an excess of sodium to the exclusion of other excellent traits, including There is softness to the texture, there is a snap to the skin, & Flavor stands alone and can't be replicated by other flavors I think it is the right thing to do. To harp on sodium is probably too much of a waste of time since beef snacks are pretty much all you need. They are the best sausage snacks you will ever find. Subscribing might be a good idea for me.
