I am not sure if they are "nitrite" free but they do have 490mg (20%) sodium, which is a lot if you're trying to keep your blood pressure low. It is my hope that you find this useful.

It is the best canned corned beef I've ever had. This is my favorite canned brand. I make hash, eat it with rice and an egg, and make sandwiches with it. It can be used for any purpose you can think of. There really isn't any better way to put it.
