It has a pleasant flavor and does not cause an insulin spike

When it comes to insulin, both volume and a variety of sweeteners can help. If my blood sugar drops, mixing two of these with homemade kefir will help without spiking my blood sugar, as glucose tablets often do. Even non-vegetarians will enjoy it. Also suitable for diabetics. I'm happy, and I'm excited to add more fruit to my diet again. Fruit isn't absolutely necessary, but it's nice to have it now and then.

It's delicious. This is preferable to canned goods. For older people with arthritis, removing the film/Lidia can be difficult.

It doesn't have the tinny flavor of most pineapple. The pineapple tidbits are loaded into the cups, which are then filled with juice. There are a lot more pineapple pieces than juice, and the flavor is fantastic.

I got my pineapple tidbits today, and one of the packages was damaged, and one of the pineapples was black. I got it in two days, so it must have been packed this way to ship! Although the price was reasonable, it was not worth returning the entire case.

In a stir fry or when making ham, I frequently include pineapple. I despised having to open a large can when I didn't require it.
