They taste fresh for the most part, in my opinion. I just got some plain figs from a supermarket. as well as blueberry The best buy dates were the same for everyone - 3/23/17. I had never noticed before that the plain fig, while not stale, was dry to the taste. The choice of sweetness is a personal one. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder," or something along those lines. None of them appeal to me as being overly sweet. Blueberry, raspberry, and apple cinnamon are three of my favorite flavors. That's how it went down. @costco, 12-packs of the aforementioned three are available. 2 oz. packs 2 bars per pak, 1 box per flavor = 36 packs per container These are the most delicious fig bars I've ever had! far superior to the generic fig bars found on supermarket shelves. enjoy- sean

I ate one bar and tossed the rest. Sugar accounts for 20% of the calories (no more than 10 is the recommended figure for an overall diet). With 2 1/2 teaspoons of sugar per bar, these bars are far from being a healthy snack.
until you end up with a moldy bar We had been enjoying these fig bars for quite some time when we received a moldy bar, which shocked us. Before I threw the rest of the box away, I opened other packages and discovered four more moldy bars. I'm not going to buy any more of these. They were tasty, but not worth the risk of spreading mold to my family.
e. There are two fig bars in this illustration. 2 fig newton cookies, to be precise - This is basically what a snack package of "Fig Bars" contains. I've been buying these bars in boxes of six and twelve snack packs for over a year and was surprised to discover that the recipe had changed with my most recent Amazon purchase. Nature's Bakery has increased the sugars, sodium, calorie count, fat calories, and total carbohydrates without changing the serving size, and appears to have reduced the fig filling while increasing the whole wheat crust, at least to me. Perhaps they're trying to match the popularity of their other fruit bars, but this customer will now look for a quick, pleasant snack elsewhere. It's a huge letdown because I was a big fan of the show.
My husband came in with the box and a full mouth when these arrived today. His lips were heavily smeared with chocolate. I'm 100% not sure I understood what he said. He already had two packages in his mouth and was attempting to open a third, despite the fact that each package contains two bars and his mouth was already quite full. "OH MY FREAKING GOD THESE ARE BETTER THAN SEX ORDER MORE!" it said, but it sounded more like "OH MY FREAKING GOD THESE ARE BETTER THAN SEX ORDER MORE!" "br>br>I believe I'm doing it incorrectly, but that's fine. I'll place another order.
Sodium was increased by 10 milligrams, calories were increased by 20 milligrams, protein was reduced by half, carbs were increased, and the breading to fruit filling ratio was increased. They don't taste as good on a qualitative level, owing to the increased breading. We've been eating these for a long time, but we won't be ordering them again.
I bought this large box from Amazon, and while the price was good for the quantity, the taste was terrible. When you bite into them for the first time, you get a distinct taste of cherry cough syrup (GROSS!). I've had the raspberry flavor several times before and have never had this problem. I gave one to a coworker. She agreed because she was the one who had introduced me to the Nature's Bakery bars. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch, but they're awful: (br>br>02/17 EDIT: I received a replacement box from Nature's Bakery, and these do indeed taste like raspberry: ) Thank you for standing behind your product and providing excellent customer service! Nature's Bakery's Fig Bars are fig'n fantastic! There are a total of 12 individually wrapped packs, each containing two fig bars. I planned to eat only one of the bars because each one contains 10 grams of sugar, and I'm trying to limit my sugar consumption. I ate the other bar as well because it was delicious. Stone ground whole wheat flour is the first ingredient, which is fantastic. The amount of figs used and their flavor Blueberry paste is the perfect complement. You can taste the blueberry, and I think the combination of all the ingredients is just right. The only issue with this product is that it tempts you to eat them all at once, despite the $5 price tag on Amazon. 00 for a box is a steal, and I'll be ordering more soon. They also have raspberry, which sounds delicious. The ingredients are all good for you. That appeals to me. It's a vegan product, by the way. Perhaps I'll do a video food product review of this product at some point. I haven't been able to get my videos onto my computer in a long time. Sabiene:.
