It is okay for me to eat to survive and not as a pleasure. As my parents were chefs, I can cook (my mom and dad both were chefs) and am of Spanish heritage, so I'm interested in trying Spanish food. The taste of this was amazing I mean so good that I couldn't do it justice. The store bought pork chops I had today were the best I've ever eaten. They're a bit on the pricey side, but they're worth it. When you serve them up with a good side dish, you'll be If you would like to season them, treat them like a steak and season them no more than salt and pepper. A very worthwhile purchase, I will be buying it again for my family to cook with. It makes sense for the pork to be cooked medium rare because it comes from such high quality raw material.
