Both Amazon WF and Amazon WF have sent me spoiled meat. Several times fresh. I understand that anything can happen at any time, but what if all of the items arrive spoiled? I've ordered sausage, chicken breast, smoked sausage rope, ground turkey and ground chicken (both of which made me sick), and salmon (which was thrown out on the spot because it was spoiled upon delivery). My house smells rotten from cooking this sausage, so I just cancelled an order I placed this morning. I'm sick of wasting money on this service, so I'm not going to use it any longer. I don't have anything bad to say about their products because I've never had a problem with them, but you should definitely stop selling meat.
Taco meats of choice around here are ground chicken or turkey; after all, it's the seasoning that adds the most flavor. This Purdue chicken was fine, but I despise ground meat processed in the "string" style, as shown here: You'll end up with worms unless you're meticulous about chopping, chopping, chopping while it's cooking. pieces in various forms.
Many recipes that call for red meat substitutes will benefit from this ingredient. Ground turkey, on the other hand, is a favorite of mine.
