I usually use two packets for a two-person meal because they have a good flavor, are low in calories, and are inexpensive. a meal for one The secret, I believe, is to use a good cut of beef, such as a petit sirloin, and a flavorful onion. Instead of water, use beef broth or onion soup.
I haven't put it to use for what it's supposed to be used for. The flavor is excellent. I haven't tried it for the purpose it was intended, but it works well for other meals.
Shipping was very quick. The price is excellent, and the mix is my personal favorite. My husband uses this package mix to make the best broccoli, chicken, and beef stir fry, which he then "magically" transforms into this delicious gravy. YUMMY! I'll take this over anything any restaurant puts out there any day of the week!.
