One complaint I have at all is that neither of the two briskets had a spice packet. It did not seem necessary to use a spice packet after cooking according to directions. We liked the taste of it very much. Can you get a larger brisket from us? The volume is lost so much during cooking that getting enough for a sandwich or two would be nice.

My sloppy joes were made with the meat I put into it A 45 minute portion of beef stew was cooked in a slow cooker for four hours. The whole meal came out very tender and full of flavor since I threw in potatoes, cabbage slaw, and carrots.
