Product Description

The fruity flavors of Fruit Bazooka New England IPA (NE IPA) range from ripe mango and orchard fruits to melon, lime and passion fruit while the floral and pine notes are subtle.

This beer proves that flaked oats, wheat malt, massive dry hopping, and a relatively non-flocculant yeast strain can make beer perfect for haze.

Malt Extract, Steeping Grains, Hops, Dry Yeast, Priming Sugar, Complete Instructions, and Muslin Steeping Bag are all included in the kit

Five gallons of beer are produced in one batch.

There is a lot of hops forward in this IPA, but it is relatively low in bitterness. This beer is characterized by a multitude of fruity flavors.

The beer was good, but the yield was poor

The review has been in the works for some time. I waited until I had a carbonated cold beer in my hand before starting to write it. It was delicious but the volume wasn't what I expected! The sediment contained an entire GALLON of this cleanup when I racked the 5 gallons into secondary. As I only had four gallons, I figured, well there's a lot of dry malt in there, so it might as well work. IF so, then! Another HALF GALLON of wine was lost to sediment when I racked into the bottling bucket. The kit I used had claimed it would produce five gallons of beer however, I actually got three and a half. The beer itself is excellent! This beer is the result of my efforts and I am so happy about it. However, using up a gallon and a half of beer to settle out sediment makes me feel bad about not enjoying those beers that I could have. As a result, I will take away one star because the beer is phenomenal, but sadly the yield wasn't as expected.

This alcohol is hazy and delicious

I am very pleased with the final product. It is hazy and delicious. It was an exciting experience making this kit for me because New England IPAs have become my favorite beer. This hazy IPA turned out great and was just as delicious as any hazy IPA you may have tasted before.

Don't yeasts play an important role? I had to use an old stale pack of yeast to make a different style of beer since the kit came without yeast

I was sent a replacement pack in their defense Around five days after brew day, the festival took place. The kit is not as impressive as one might expect for its price. Isn't it the responsibility of the package to ensure that yeast is included? A beer's yeast is what makes it. No matter what the results are, I'll make do with them, but I don't know how this recipe would've turned out.

If you already have the basic home appliance kit, you will find that this kit will cover everything you need It is important to have the proper equipment to brew. Directions are easy to follow, ingredients are of high quality, and ingredients are of high caliber. Once it is done and I am able to taste it, I will post an update.

In the product description, it says that this product contains harvest and extract, though it should read 95% harvest and 5% extract. Pouring liquid into its counterpart is one of the things we enjoy doing the most in homebrewing. Neither Northerns or Amazon allow me to return this item.
