There are a lot of fillers

There were a lot of green beans and broccoli "butts" (which I had to fish out of the wok as no one likes them in stir fries), and there was a lot less of Only tiny pieces of everything else were in the bag, there were literally 3 pieces of mushroom (not even whole, they were just pieces) and a few pieces of red pepper possibly a few carrot slivers. In addition to the frozen vegetables, I had to supplement it. The idea of buying individual bags of frozen veggies and mixing them together to make a stir fry would make more sense.

Hope that you're going to be able to prepare a meal for one! While the vegetables are just fine, the mix is a little heavy on green beans, a vegetable I am not usually fond of stir-frying

I am shocked at the size of this bag. With the exception of a few large pieces of broccoli and several long green beans, the veggies are mostly cut As a result of the bag's small size, I wouldn't purchase this item again. It is also hard to tell the difference between this bag and the California Blend of the same brand.

Stir fry is a great use for this mix

I found this stir-fried vegetable mix to be very nice and full of variety as compared to other frozen vegetable Ideal for those nights when you want something tasty without taking a lot of time to prepare and prepare. You can make a very satisfying dinner with rice and pasta and a great sauce (tofu or meat if you eat seafood or meat). I was able to have large portions for two or three smaller meals with one package.

With a little bit of Pampered Chef's Aisian Blend (it's also a basic teriyaki sweet stir fry base) and rice noodles, I made this dish. In the wok, they were thrown. I love it!.
