I drained the water off of the vegetables, but I felt like they were soaked in chemicals when I drained the water. We don't need you. I won't purchase from this store It should not smell like chemicals when you are eating vegetables. I like it! It "looked" as if they were fresh and bright. That chemical water they sat in was definitely the cause of the problem.
You simply microwave them in the package without having to poke holes in them. Venting is a magical process for them. There is no need to search for another container to cook them in. The bag can be sealed up using a standard bag clasp for leftovers. Saving on dishes can be a good thing, but This is also a remarkably fresh and tasty product. Al dente and crispy, the green beans are ready to eat. The major problem with most other vegetable mixes we have tried is that they tend to rot. This is a product I will buy Just imagine how convenient, tasty, and convenient it is to heat up your food in.
package of mixed vegetables was perfect for my recipe of arroz con pollo which called for 2 cups of mixed vegetables. I cooked the package despite the fact that it arrived frozen - I'm really happy with how the results turned out! I am very happy with this.
As far as bagged vegetables go, this is a decent bag. The longevity of the fruits and vegetables is enhanced by keeping them frozen. There isn't much uniqueness in terms of taste, either bad or good. It's about what you'd expect from a bag of vegetables.
I was not hopeful that the microwave would work and it would not turn out mushy at all, but it did! did NOT taste mushy whatsoever and was not any kind of mushy texture.
They're the best steam bags! I keep them in the freezer all the time. Any meal can be enhanced with them.
I would buy it The corn content in this mix is horrendous, carb counters take notice. I will say, however, that Bird's Eye has done a good job at selecting and taking care of its product, as it almost tastes When you're in a rush, this is great to use in soup. I keep one in my freezer all the time.
