It is not clear to me why this was bland and almost had no flavor, especially since onion is Was it because it was frozen when it was delivered to my home, then frozen again when I refrozen it? Despite never having problems with food being shipped from Amazon in the past. Perhaps it's a fluke thing, but I definitely plan to continue buying fresh peppers & other fresh vegetables from them in the future. Buy precut onions rather than trying to save time by cutting them yourself.
