The reason I gave this 3 stars was that it claimed to be keto-friendly. Depending on how drastically you cut sugar, this is only an issue if you need to do so. My opinion is that the cauliflower and broccoli are good. I might buy some more if the price is really low. I'll just get cauliflower and broccoli separately if I don't get the combo.
It has a great taste. The products (birds eye) in this post are all from Mexico. I think this is the best of the lot. The sodium content is as low as possible to none. There is no doubt that the taste is REAL, since it is fresh. I think this is a good purchase.
This is great for people using crockpots, I put a quarter of the bag into the slow cooker whenever I make soup, it comes out delicious, and it is really big for the price.
A large bag, such as the brands sold at Costco and Sam's Club. It was a great experience and I'm not disappointed. The best value and quality for your money.
