I measured about 50/50 or perhaps there is a slight edge towards stems, but I did not measure exactly. The price is good and it has a good flavor, so I like it. In addition to not being tough or stringy, the stems have the same nutritional value as the florets, so I feel I am not missing out on any health benefits This is a great product. I would buy it.
