They didn't bother to clean the bad spots off when they were processing the potatoes, as there are a lot of black spots on them. You might want to try the 365 brand, it's a whole lot.

Having difficulty finding breakfast foods (other than eggs) has been difficult for me as I am on weight watchers. They have a low point (blue plan) and the curve that potatoes and carbs crave! They are easy to make, low cost, and a good size bag for the price.

You shouldn't consume frozen potatoes because they I love 'em for that reason alone. This is a frequent breakfast item for me. This is a nice, smooth texture.
