Raw is what they are. Similar to other packaged frozen fries, these also have a thin and crispy exterior. The ones in the restaurant taste very similar to those we get here and we enjoy them as well.
If you want to deep fry them, you can. The air fryer is my favorite way to cook them, but you can also cook them in the oven.

I think any fries at Arby's have the best flavor and texture.
