My impression is that they were soft but held their shape and did not fall apart. I ate them and found them to be My parents don't allow me to have condiments, but I don't consider them bland. I have a few every other week (about three a Filling them up is a pleasure for me.

I find it difficult to chew vegetables. This is so cool. Foil a cookie sheet or a toaster tray and place it in the oven. Add a layer of yummy chili, then another If you wish, you may layer spicy marinara & A cheese sandwich. I can combine broccoli or kale to my heart's content and I always get my veggies.
They are super delicious, and an effective way to sneak vegetables into picky kids' diets!.
My friends introduced me to this and wow - it is awesome! There is nothing better than them! This is why. I'm not sure. Later, I went in the kitchen, saw the trash bag empty and wondered if we could keep it. As a result, they realized they were made for children!
