This was my first mistake, I decided instead of cooking it on the stove to cook it in the microwave instead. In the instructions it gives you two options to cook it on the stove or in the microwave. Having followed the instructions, I noodled it using the necessary amount of time in our 110 wt oven, and after it had cooled off and the cooking was finished, we noticed how chewy the food Those noodles were freaking chewy. The shrimp was cooked just right, and the veggies were quite tender, but the noodles were really chewy. A four-star rating is due to the awesome flavor that the product had. Yes, I will buy it again and do not plan to destroy it.
I found it to be very unappetizing. Not a drop of Water is all that's in the sauce. Having been cooking 3 course meals for a while, I was plain and boring so I served this bland mess as a result.
I had to spice it up a little.
There was less meat then the chicken but I thought they would meet it with vegetables since the weight on the bag says it is the same. When I weigh them next time, I'll make sure I weigh each one separately. Someone might have snuck in to grab some while.
You'd expect frozen foods to be decent. It tasted good in combination with the pasta after I added some seasoning and pepper flakes. The shrimp on their own wasn't too good but together with the pasta was quite tasty. It is easy and quick to do.
It takes just a few minutes for the microwave to cook. The shrimp comes with a generous amount of sweet and sour sauce and it tastes great with any other sauce you choose.
It was a decent quantity for the price, but, oh boy, was it BLAST. It had no flavor at all. Maybe the sweetness of the corn gave it some flavor. I think some kind of sauce would have made this much better. I should just have made my own pasta by the time I was done doctoring it up.
The good news. You may find a stub of corn that is hard. Unless you have a problem with them, they should be.
