This puree hasn't been sweetened in any way. Passion fruit is all there is to it.

Is it still frozen and packaged to keep it that way, or is it defrosted when it arrives?

The kosher certification does not appear to be present. Is it possible for you to tell me what it is or send me a picture of it?

I looked all over the container for kosher certification, but I couldn't find any.

Is it packed in a cooler with dry ice for shipping because it's frozen?

I don't recall dry ice being used, but the product arrived frozen the next day.

Excellent quality - I use this to make passion fruit macarons and passion fruit filling for cakes, pastries, and confections, and it's a bit pricey, but it's a good deal

It's also been used in a couple of dinner recipes as a sauce. I had looked in specialty stores, Whole Foods, and several national grocery chains in my area but couldn't find it, so I was delighted to find it here.
