Questions & Answers

What's up with the $1 price tag at Dollar Tree?

Selling on Amazon comes with a slew of shipping costs and Amazon fees.

What is the total number of 8-box sets? 2 boxes? 16 boxes?

I order 16 ices per box from Wyler's Italian Ices, which comes in an 8-pack. This is a total of 128 ice cubes. In most cases, there are three. There are four that have leaked and are now empty, but the price is still fantastic. In our house, they don't last long!

What's the deal with the price? All dollar tree and dollar general stores sell these for one dollar per box. What is wrong with this country, sir, because you are the cause of it?

We live in a small town, so these are hard to come by. They'll be available for a few weeks during the summer at Rite Aid, and they'll cost you $3. 99 a box. We now purchase these from Amazon almost all year long. It's simple to purchase from Amazon, and the prices are reasonable. I just spent $6 on two more boxes. 99, or 58 cents each if purchased in a group of 12.

Although the texture is appealing, the flavor is disappointing
4/5

I prefer my freezer pops to be slushy rather than hard, and these are good in that they don't harden up as much as otter pops, which I usually crush before eating. Aside from that, the flavor is strong, not watery, but also not very complex, and is a little too sweet in my opinion to be considered top taste. br>br>I find it cynical when a product made almost entirely of sugar is advertised as "fat free" as if it were in any way a healthier option than an alternative, but that is more of a capitalism problem. Other freezer treats with sugar or corn syrup as the main ingredient have been labeled as fat-free, gluten-free, vegan, and so on. Regardless, I did not feel ripped off for the price; the only possible flaw with the packaging was that several of the tubes became disconnected and were not all attached at some point during the process, but none were broken open. Lots of cardboard was wasted in the delivery process, though this appears to be due to buying them in bulk.

From otter pops, this is a significant improvement
5/5

For a long time, we've been receiving otter pops, flavor ices, and other similar items. I recently decided to give these a try, and they are far superior in every way. br>br>*You get the full flavor throughout, as the flavor does not melt out of the ice and pool at the bottom of the plastic, forcing you to wait until the end to drink it. Every mouthful of ice, from the first to the last, has a distinct flavor. br>br>*Unlike otter pops and similar products, these do not freeze and harden. Instead, they freeze into a slightly hardened slush that is easy to push up through the plastic to the opening without having to chomp through it with your teeth. br>br>*Although only four flavors are included, they are so flavorful and delicious that I didn't think I needed any more. The kiwi watermelon is my favorite, followed by the raspberry and finally the lemon. The orange creme didn't appeal to me, but that was merely a matter of personal preference; everyone else enjoyed it. Fruit flavors with a hint of sourness are my favorites. br>br>I'm not sure I could go back to otter pops now that I've tried these; they're just too good. If you're on the fence about paying a little more for these, believe me when I say that it's worth it. Just do it; you will not be sorry.

For my kids, there isn't a wide range of flavors
3/5

These are a hit with my kids. They're better than the other ice pops because they don't turn into icicles. They're smoother in some ways. When I can, I purchase them locally. However, I was unable to locate them during the winter, so I placed an order for them here. However, each six-pack contains two lemons, two strawberries, one cherry, and one blue raspberry. Lemons are sour, which is why my kids dislike them. Cherry and blue raspberry are two of the most popular varieties. Locally, the 16-packs only have three lemons per box, which is strange because each flavor should only have four. So I won't be ordering these again, but if you want a lemon and strawberry flavor, this is the mix for you!.

The flavor is excellent, but the cheap plastic is prone to leakage
3/5

Wyler's Italian Ice is out of this world. The flavor is strong and hasn't been watered down in any way. The evidence of a leak (wet, sticky box) was obvious when these arrived. I took them all out and washed them all, discovering a few leaks in the process. When they're pulled apart, the perforation on some of them isn't as good as it should be, and it ends up ripping into another ice pop. If it's frozen, this isn't a problem, but if you pull them apart before they've frozen, the liquid leaks all over the place. We've gone through about a third of the total amount, and I've had to look for a leaky ice pop and wash the rest three times! The plastic appears to tear when they are not frozen and moving around.

The best tasting ices in the area
5/5

Great product; these ices have a very distinct flavor and are very refreshing. There was no damage or leakage when the item arrived. Excellent value for money. I would strongly suggest it. br>It's worth noting that I ordered the original flavors and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and discovered that they had sent me the berry and cherry mix, which I actually preferred and would have ordered if the original flavor hadn't been so much cheaper.

The finished product is delicious
3/5

A little sloppy in terms of packaging and delivery. They have a great flavor. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar. On arrival, approximately 10 were broken/drained. As a result, the deal isn't quite as good - especially considering the mess you'll have to clean up before putting them away in your pantry. Almost every box had at least one broken tube, and the box was overflowing with sugary goodness. I'm not sure, but I like the taste of these, so I might be able to get over it. If you can still find them, it might be easier to just buy them at your local DT.

The box was slightly smashed when it arrived, and inside was a sticky mess
3/5

This is a fantastic product that deserves five stars (if only it were possible). My box, however, arrived shattered and damaged. Inside was a super thick syrupy sticky mess, and at least one icey in each box blew a leak, with one box leaking half of the product. It's a sticky, disgusting mess. I'm kicking myself for putting the unopened box on my white carpet: (Prior to noticing that it was leaking. ) br>br>Once I got past the fact that I had a lot of spoiled product and a mess to deal with, the undamaged iceys are good, but not as fresh tasting as the ones I bought in the store (quality and taste are very inconsistent compared to the ones I bought all summer in the brick and mortar store). Some of the lemon ones looked curtailed and cloudy before freezing and tasted funny afterward, but the ones that weren't curtailed tasted fine. It makes me wonder if I accidentally purchased a discarded dumpster dive. br>br>I'll probably try again (because this product can be excellent), but this particular mess should have been returned. When the product is new and not from someone's dumpster dive excursion, it's fantastic; however, this seller sent a very poor example of the product. When the product isn't sold by a hustler selling old, spoiled, damaged goods, it's fantastic.

Ice is a wonderful thing! Because of two factors, these are the best ice pops available: br>br>1) The flavors are delectable, owing to the fact that they contain real fruit juices
5/5

2) The texture is mushy, similar to that of good sorbets, rather than icy and crunchy, as most ice pops are. br>br>Once you've tried these Wylers, you'll never go back to any other ice pop, I guarantee it. own- tee it.
