Here's what I've found to be extremely effective. Because the large package is apparently for commercial use, I had to guess how to mix this for a small personal ice cream maker. I have a Cuisinart 1 1/2 quart slow cooker. I made ice cream with 2 cups of milk and 7/8 cup of mix in my ice cream maker. I stirred it to dissolve it, then chilled the mixture for 10 minutes before pouring it into the frozen bowl mixer, where it chilled perfectly and tasted fantastic. It says you can use milk or water; I'll give water a try next time, but I loved the milk and mix concoction.
First and foremost, this method does not work well in a small soft serve ice cream maker at home. It has a tendency to form a gel that clogs the dispensing hole, so I have to scrape it out of the bowl, which defeats the purpose of soft serve. However, putting that aside, the flavor is delicious! It is something that both my husband and I enjoy. Just a tip: I found that 1 scant cup of mix, 1 cup water, and 1 cup milk works well (since the recipe doesn't specify small batches).
This was purchased with the intention of using it in the Cuisinart Ice45. It was simple to use once I figured out the math. Here's how I went about it. I divided the 3 pounds of product into six 21-ounce portions and bagged them. Then pour 2 2/3 cup liquid into the Cuisinart Ice 45, mix well, and pour it in. It specifies that milk or water can be used. I experimented with milk and found it to be delicious. I made a batch with pineapple juice instead of milk or water the other day, and it turned out beautifully. I'm going to mix some with orange juice to get a creamsicle flavor.
Brody's soft serve ice cream mix is one of my favorites, and I was looking at it and checking delivery options the day I ordered it from you. Then it said, "Thank you for your order," and it placed an order for the mix as well as another item. Because I wasn't ready to order the other item yet, I cancelled it. Brody's ice cream mix was ordered, which I accepted. After a few days, I realized it was "Cookie Dough Flavor," which was not what I had hoped for. It said the order had already been shipped when I tried to cancel it.
This has no resemblance to Magic Kingdom's cotton candy soft serve! I had blue sugar all over everything in the order because the bag was shipped with other items and arrived damaged, so I tried to return it but it was unreturned despite the fact that it had arrived damaged.
It turned out to be incredibly tasty and silky smooth. I saw in other reviews that whole milk was recommended, but I didn't have any at the time, and I'm excited to try more Arctic Ice flavors!.
It has become a source of addiction for my daughters. br>br>They exclaim, grinning ear-to-ear, "This is really, really good. " ear. So I took a smidgeon of it. br>br> whoa. That was a very smooth transition. creamy!.
