You're doing such a great job! This product works great for me! At first I was sceptical since there was no review of it aside from a negative sentiment, but it is wonderful! The whole milk ice cream I just made without an ice cream maker is delicious and As I didn't use soy lecithin as they recommend, I didn't feel a need to spend more money on it

You can make perfect gelato! The following recipe can be used in your Vitamix

Vanilla Vitamix Gelato Stir in 1/2 tsp Perfect Gelato in 1 cup Add just a little milk to begin
