I don't know why there is such an outcry over these waffles they are fantastic. Besides being gluten and egg-free, they also have no sugar, no sugar, or any sugar. The blueberry flavor is the best. Their texture has never disappointed me and they hold up well when I top them with yogurt and fresh berries. I'm unable to find anything else like them since all my food restrictions and the fact that I tend to eat plant-based foods have limited my options. It is a truly excellent.
