There was a time when it was just a little plant, no bigger than seven feet, but now it is 12 feet tall and might need a bigger pot in the near future.
It is perfectly normal for the leaves of this plant to twist. You can trim bent leaves into a pleasing shape, and the edges will scar over without harming the plant. Alternatively, you can remove the leaves entirely to encourage

No, there is no problem. The time and money spent were a complete waste. The leaves are bent and broken, and the tree is nearly dead. The box is less than half the size they promised, and even if it were the correct size, it is a complete I feel so bad for this poor plant, who wasted a lot of money on this project. Plants that grow like snakes grow very slowly, so even if this survives by a miracle, it would probably take years before it didn’t look terrible.
A UPS delivery was made It does not have a heat pack After being sent to me, the soil was really wet and looked as if it had been just watered. I feel and look like the stem is mushy. There is a part of me that wants to weep.
There was a really big and beautiful plant in my order, but it was so badly damaged during shipping, and not well packaged. I was so excited about this new addition to my little plant family, but the plant is not doing proper well. I'm still not sure if it will survive. It makes me sad because it was one of the most exciting purchases I made this year. Right now, I am not at home with my plants, but when I am, I will likely add a picture to this review so that you can see what I am seeing. I would appreciate any suggestions for snake plant care to help my little buddy survive! Please let me know if you have some advice for plants that have been damaged by the weather and rough handling! *EDIT This company just sprang a pleasant surprise by sending me a brand new beautiful snake plant in the mail! Root system is good, the plant is in good health, and it has a good shape! A beautiful air plant was included in the gift, which was a kind Thanks for responding so quickly to my issue with the order, and resolving it without requiring me to speak to a representative! Really awesome service, and delivered right in time since my original snake plant is on its way out. Sadly, I am taking care of it until it dies, but it must be sad to see it so sick. My appreciation goes out so much to this company. I would definitely recommend buying from them as my expectations when writing that review were that nothing would go wrong, and they did just that! A really really phenomenal performance. It won't be enough to say thanks to you guys!.
This plant has a sad, droopy look to it. A plant I had to revive would not have been bought had I known that I would have to do so.
In addition to the plant, the box it was packed in was crushed as well. It was suffering from severe damage and was dead as a result. It was beyond hope for me to get it to live by providing it with good care. However, the time and effort it would take for me to return it outweighs the value of the item.
It would be better if packaging looked During transport, a tip was damaged a bit and the plant was jostled a bit. There was a pot and a bag tied around the base of the plant in the packaging. Kraft packing paper was used as a cushioning material. My plant is in the middle of January, in Illinois, so I would have appreciated better protection. Snake Plants (I purchased two) are healthy looking, the roots appear to be growing well, and the color of the leaves is bright. It looks like these plants will grow more shoots since they have a good start. I consider myself to have received value for my money. There was, however, a hiccup with the My plants were shipped separately, and I was concerned I would only receive one plant, so I messaged the company, and they responded within hours. I consider that to be pretty good customer service. Due to packaging and shipping issues, we have given it four stars instead of a five. This snake plant seller has a great selection and I will likely buy more from him since I like these snake plants so much. Images are of the plants after I relocated them. The very same day that I received each of these plants, I transplanted them. You are a great customer service representative, Amy, and you answer your emails quickly.
I would Quite pleased with the result. I received the plant quickly and it was packaged well. Although the tips of the pens were a little frost burnt, I ordered it in the middle of winter and I live in New York, so that wasn't surprising. It looks very healthy and is taller than shown in the description, so I'm pleased with my purchase.
I was very pleased with how beautifully packaged and safe it was. The plant has continued to grow and has even sprouted two new shoots at the.
