A succulent plant that is super! I ordered these succulents with a heat pack when the winter weather in Missouri was in the 40s and they were In spite of her best efforts, Mother Nature sent arctic air two days later, sending temperatures plunging into As promised, I have my plant with a 21 degree temperature! Packed in double boxes, the plant was surrounded by moss along with crinkle paper shreds and covered in paper wrapper

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the plant. No broken leaves were present. My initial suspicion was that the tips got frozen because some darker edges are normal, but I was later informed that is not the case. The photo is 2 days after delivery, and at that time, the product was not frozen. The service we received at Fat Plant San Diego was outstanding! I would order from them.

What is described does not match what is actually happening

This is what I bought my daughter for her birthday & This one is for me. I thought it looked like a heart, but neither of us thought it was a heart. During the past few weeks, I have purchased her heart-shaped flowers five times. Hearts appeared to be the shape of those dots. Upon complaining about my dissatisfaction, I was simply told that it was as depicted in There was a loss of a customer. The value for the dollar is terrible. I am sorry about the customer service at this company.

The plant is healthy, and the packaging is appealing

I found the plant to be healthy and cute, and the packaging was nice. As I was going to take out my plants, I was surprised to find two in the same pot. Both plants were planted separately, the second image shows the difference between one plant at the beginning of October and one at the end of December. The time I planted it was in October.

I received the package in bad condition but it was still edible

In a nutshell, A Panda Plant and Chocolate Shoulder were the orders I placed. The two of them most likely came out unscathed and uninjured. Potting them cannot come soon enough for me. My primary problem with the packaging was how it was set up. In neither the box nor anywhere else was it stated which way was up or even that live plants were contained therein. A lot of dirt was on the box, and my plants had basically just been uprooted. In addition, it had some parts that were broken. In spite of that, they both came in good shape and I'm glad to have them in my home. As a result of the health of these plants, but the need for repotting, I gave them a 4. As a result, I gave packaging a 2 out of 5.

It took longer than expected for my order to arrive, and it looked a bit tired when I received it. The plant was protected by good packaging, and was well on its way to thriving after just a couple of days following transplantation. I am very satisfied with this product. I would certainly buy it.
