The growth rate of air plants is pretty slow. Water the plant properly and sit it in a sunny location for 3 or so months if you want to notice growth.
The only reason they do not come in pots is that they do not need soil. It is possible to display them in glass bulbs. To keep them healthy, you should soak them once a week in water.

I am in awe of how beautiful, healthy and large they are. These guys exceeded my expectations in a big way. All of the ones I saw were a great size, much larger than I have seen at Lowe's or Home Depot. Most of them are fantastic quality, too, way better than the ones I saw at Lowe's or Home Depot. I was also impressed with the variety of foods I received. These are absolutely gorgeous, and I cannot stress that enough. These don't look as good as they are in person. Just order them, you won't regret it. You may be disappointed for some crazy reason, but the seller includes his email for you to contact him and tell him what happened so he can replace it.
