From Plants for Pets today I received a Tillandsia Xerographica air plant with a few defects, but a beautiful and healthy plant nonetheless. The underside of one leaf has a very large scar inside it, the tipped leaves were browning and need to be trimmed, and a few of the leaves on the underside fell off after the 60 second soak (they were While the underside leaves and the brown tips on the tips are not entirely unusual, as it was probably just nature and needing moisture, the scar is not, and I would have spent my money on a more pristine one if I had been picking one out in person. While I have spoken with them in the past, I managed to get my first order from them to be perfect, and this one is looking healthy despite the atheistic issues.

Edited to add The plant died 3 months after it was received. Shortly after getting it, the leaves started looking sick (brown at the base with brown blotches on the lower leaves) and it began losing leaves from its underside at an alarming rate until at the end of the season there were only a few Today, the leaves that remained on the tree have just peeled away after the soak yesterday. The only time I've killed an air plant was when I was a kid. My lack of knowledge as to why this plant went bad has of course led to my questioning. That's so cool. I am amazed! Reviewers said it was worth a try, so I decided to go ahead. It's so wonderful I got to meet you! The large plant they talk about is not to be taken lightly! LOL, and it had an air plant as a bonus. I really like it. My current issue has been around for about 3 weeks. My favorite part of it is the music. Growing is good, but I've worked on finding the best place for it which has allowed it to grow a little bit. I have also tried out like three different holders. I love that it is so unique, and by that I mean that I really enjoy My favorite things are things that are different, and I also purchased the venus fly trap and the sundew and pitcher plants. Therefore i'm going to have a really weird strange jungle going on but anyways, do buy it since it does have a personality to it. Therefore, you should buy it and enjoy it.

I wanted another, so I sought one. Despite the fact that it was even prettier than the last I noticed that it was more heavy than what it should be for its size. Seeing it come with two other friends, I noticed it was not alone. Though I am sure it was an error, thank you for pointing it out to me.
