They are suitable for both feng shui and gifts.
Lucky bamboo is simple to care for; simply water it and keep it out of direct sunlight (see product description).

Questions & Answers

Is it possible to grow the stalks in their natural state?

Yes . You can take starters from your existing Bamboo and grow more stocks if you already have one.

Is it true that the stalks themselves have grown in size?

No, the stalks do not grow in size. The leaves, on the other hand, do grow. They've made me very happy.

Is it true that they exist?

Yes. They were big and tall in my first order. That was several years ago, and I still have them, which are large and healthy. I ordered a few more, which I returned because they were all too small or short to be real.

Is it possible to put this bamboo in a fish tank?

Yes, these can be used as aquatic plants, but after doing so a few times myself, I cannot recommend it. They will last for a while and will grow, but once fully submerged, they will begin to decompose. The stalk will follow after a few leaves have become mushy. They must be replaced on a regular basis, and you must keep an eye on them to ensure that they do not disperse dead material into the tank. If you want to change them out every few months, they're a cheap alternative to fully aquatic plants that won't harm your fish. While I still prefer real plants in my aquarium, I've switched to artificial plants, which look great and can be cleaned if they become covered in algae. The bamboo's broad leaves quickly develop algae and lose their attractiveness. However, this is high-quality bamboo. Instead, get some to use in your home's containers.

It's a great deal, and the plants are in good shape
5/5

I ordered these a week or so ago. To my pleasant surprise, they shipped the next day: Today, the plants arrived with some kind of water retention gel around the roots. There were a few shoots that didn't have well-established roots, but I'm confident they'll grow (I've had bamboo for years), and the majority of the shoots did. This was purchased for my fish tank. br>br> All of the bamboo shoots were healthy and green, with a pleasant "green"/fresh odor. Side shoots were already sprouting on a few of them. All of them had leaves sprouting from their tops, and I'm sure they'll keep growing. I think this is a great deal for this many shoots. I'd buy it again if I needed it, and I'd suggest it to others: )br>br>They also included a mailing envelope, which I assume you would use if you needed to return any of the items. But, thankfully, everything went well with my order. By the way, I paid for this myself, and this is entirely my opinion. I always read reviews before making a purchase, and I like to leave my own when I have the opportunity.

This is my second purchase. The product arrived in excellent condition. The bamboo in its entirety appears to be in excellent condition. This is an excellent product.

It has a pale, sickly hue to it
3/5

I've had several Lucky Bamboo plants over the last 20 years, and while the plants I received appear to be similar to those in the advertisement, I'm disappointed that the stalks and half of the leaves of the larger plants, as well as the stalks of the smaller plants, are so light green. The cause of yellowing leaves is either too much sunlight or a combination of the two. Too much fertilizer, as well as a salty or heavily-fertilized environment Fluoridated water is water that has had fluoride added to it. Bamboo that is yellow is usually sick. My photo depicts my two-year-old bamboo in the center. This seller provided the side stalks. My kids put a few of these in their fish tanks (which is why we bought them), and they appear even paler and sicker under water. The color and appearance do not appeal to either the child or myself. However, because they are exactly as depicted and are not dead, I am unable to return. Just be aware of what you're purchasing, and if you're okay with the color, go for it. Mine, hopefully, will not die anytime soon. br>9/18/20 Update 1 month later: A quarter of the bamboo is on the verge of succumbing to the elements. They've turned yellow, with the tips of the leaves browning. I should have known better than to buy over the internet, but Covid is on lockdown, and I won't be able to get any at the drug store or anywhere else in the area for who knows how long.

Bamboo- Excellent condition and a fantastic price
5/5

My bamboo plants arrived today and are in excellent condition. I was initially hesitant to buy plants online because it was my first time, and I was worried about paying for dead leaves and weeds, especially after reading some reviews. I assumed it would be a lottery-type situation. I'm willing to take a chance and pay what I thought was a great price for 30 bamboo stalks ranging in length from 4 to 8 inches. 8" or I could splurge on maybe two stalks at my local grocery or plant store and be content with the fact that it came with a pot. I decided to contact the seller just to be safe. JMBamboo has been contacted to obtain their feedback. I was encouraged by the fact that they had a phone number and an email address. I dialed the number first because I didn't recognize the area code and realized it was 4 a. m. where they were, so no one answered. Instead of leaving a voicemail, I sent an email. I received an answer within a few hours. They were honest and told me that their bamboo was in good shape, but that due to the heat, there might be some damage during shipping. I paid an extra $10 for the fastest delivery option, bringing my total down to less than what I would have paid elsewhere. My bamboo arrived on time and in good condition, with no visible signs of damage. I sent a thank-you email to the seller, informing them that their order had arrived in perfect condition. I realize that if I had waited to receive my product during the free delivery period, this purchase could have gone in a different direction, but I am happy regardless!.

The greatest value for money! My plants were in excellent shape when they arrived
4/5

They did travel through temperatures in the mid-fifties at night and the mid-sixties during the day (who'd have guessed, given that June is only a few days away). br>br>They were well-packaged, and the four-day journey was not too difficult for them. The stalks are a lighter color than the ones on my other plants, but I'm hoping that a few days in the sun will brighten them up. I'll revise my review if they "die out. " br>br>Each one costs about a dollar. It's impossible to pay that price. Small rocks and various vases can be found at the dollar store. br>br>The second photo was taken about a week after we arrived. They began to revert to their original hue. I made the arrangement using dollar store rocks and a rectangular vase that I bought on Amazon. I used bamboo in three different sizes. I still have about a dozen in a mason jar, waiting to be adopted.

These bamboo stalks are fantastic! I looked in my neighborhood stores but couldn't find any fresh bamboo plants
5/5

I decided to go with the tried-and-true Amazon. This is the first time I've ordered plants from a nursery. These Bamboo stalks surprised me by being fantastic! Each stalk has one leaf, and some of them had a tiny new growth of a second leaf growing out. I used them to make two sets of glass tube vases, and I had enough stalks left over to make a third glass vase. Roots were packed in plastic bags with wet gel-like balls to keep them hydrated, and whole stalks were wrapped in butcher paper. I'd strongly suggest it! I am extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised!.

My lucky bamboo is one of my favorite things
5/5

This is how I show off my bamboo, in case anyone is interested. I got a tall glass vase, filled the bottom with black rocks, arranged the bamboo stalks so that most of them were in the vase, and then filled it with water. When the water level reaches the bottom of the stalks, I add water to about 2" up. They're doing fantastically well and look fantastic in the yoga studio. I'll most likely need to use liquid fertilizer at some point, but I haven't done so yet.

It does state that it is from a different country
3/5

When I first got the bamboo, all of the smaller ones had no roots at all. The larger ones did, and they appear to be flourishing. The middle and smaller ones, on the other hand, had no roots and were basically dry. rotted. I have a decent Greenthumb and know how to care for plants, so this isn't a new experience for me. I was told I'd be getting a replacement, but I haven't heard anything from the company, so I'm not sure what's going on.
