As a frequent owner of fish tanks, Lucky Bamboo got a lot of use from me. As I have recently thrown away these beautiful plants from my current tank due to my koi's habit of rooting them up and chasing them around the tank (while floating), they seem to thrive. Bamboo may not be made specifically to stand in a tank, but in my opinion it is the ideal environment, since it is constantly moist for the plants, safe for the fish, and it looks like an under water forest. There is no reason not to use Bamboo It was even said that the Bamboo helped the fish by cleaning the water and bringing more oxygen into it. Check it out! You'll be surprised at how well it works! This item was packaged very well, and I was very impressed by it. I received all the plants in very good condition since they were well packed. Please be careful if you plan to buy this item that you do not wash off the transparent gluey substance in the sink after it has been bought. You may damage your drain if you use it. A recent update Now that it's been a few days, a quarter of the stalks are dead, including some that were greener. When they arrived the first time, they were perfectly healthy. The plant is in good condition, and it is green and leafy.
