Several times now, I have ordered them and they have always been stunning and the customer service has always been excellent. Flowers are shipped in buds and not ready for harvest until they bloom after a couple of days. As soon as they arrive, cut the stems at an angle under running water, fill the vase with water, add food, and then place the roses in the vase. If you give it a couple of days, they'll flower.
