It was the worst buying experience I've ever had. A quick death was the result of wilting, rushing, poorly presented and poor presentation.

As soon as I ordered the hot pink roses, they opened after a few hours when I followed the instructions in the package. The orange roses were equally beautiful and I ordered them as well. These are stunning, I enjoy looking at them so much. It's already on its way to me next week, so I can have it then.

A sad and droopy face

There is no bouquet I have ever received as sad as this one. If you intend to gift or order this item, I would not recommend doing so. Flower stems are soft and bent, with bent flowers. It appears they are not perking up or opening after following all included instructions regarding flower food and trimming.

I had ordered some flowers for a friend, and realized after they shipped that I had given them the wrong In response to my question, they said they could not redirect the package because the item is a parishable item. I received a new order sent to the correct address, and they didn't charge me any additional fees! Having such a good time!.

In Henderson Nevada, the flowers were beautiful, but they arrived on a day when it was 110 degrees. By the time the giftee got them, the bouquet was wilted.

The only thing I dislike about the arrangement is that I was unable to add a greeting to it! This was being sent to my daughter for graduation with two AA degrees in computer science. This event has been a long, arduous road for her, and I wanted to capture the magnitude of the experience in a beautiful way. Yet I could not even write "Love, Mom and Dad!" based on the place where its written! I assumed she would know it was us who sent it to her, but it was really annoying not to be able to include a greeting or card.
