The vase is made of real glass and is quite large. Caution! It's a delicate glass.
I sent these flowers while my wife was away on business, so I'm forwarding the information she gave me. They didn't show up in the vase, but it was the right size for the flowers' length. Due to the large amount of flowers, my wife had to fill another smaller vase. The flowers lasted for over two weeks after being cut and placed in water.
I sent a bunch of these flowers to my friend as a thank you gift, and I could tell by the tone of her voice that she was disappointed with my gift because upon arrival the flowers I had sent were without color, just a bunch of green stems with some potential housed in the bud, a couple of days later after she had put them in water, she phoned to tell me of the metormorphis my gift had undergone, the buds had burst open and were now displaying, I hope this information is useful.

We'd already received a bouquet of roses and carnations from Amazon, which we loved. They were much fresher than if we had purchased a bouquet from our neighborhood grocery store or even CostCo. I wasn't overly impressed with the Peruvian lilies when they arrived; I had no idea the buds had only just begun to open. The bouquet grew by a factor of two in the next 48 hours. We were able to split it in half because there was so much of it! We divided one of the two bouquets in half again and presented the bunch to our dinner hosts last evening, 5 days after receiving the original shipment.
Sure, some of the leaves and petals had turned brown, but they were simple to remove with care. There's no need to be concerned. In any case, I remove some leaves from the lilies and strip the leaves from the roses. Because it was so hot here yesterday, there was some slight wilting, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with water! After about 20 minutes, they began to perk up. I found that the effort required to arrange these flowers was no different than that required by any other online vendor. If your recipient or you are not used to receiving box deliveries, be aware that trimming, pruning, petal removal, and other procedures are required, not optional. There is also an instruction card. Use it. I made two enormous bouquets, but I should have made three. The photographs were taken on the first day of the project. The lilies have opened up significantly on day two. I simply forgot to take a picture. In a few days, I'll probably have to go to my mother-in-law's house and separate the flowers for the third vase. I will definitely purchase from Benchmark in the future!.
They're extremely attractive. These lilies from Peru are quite lovely. br>Unfortunately, I forgot to include a gift card identifying them as mine. My sister thought the flowers were dead when they arrived because they hadn't opened yet. She had no idea who had sent them, either. When I later inquired about the flowers I had sent, she refused to admit that they appeared to be dead. Nonetheless, she had submerged them in water, and two days later, they were stunning. If I may suggest something, could you include a note with the flowers explaining why they are shipped in bud form and that they will look great in 1 to 3 days? She sent me a photo of them, and they are truly stunning. I intend to place another order.
These were delivered on Tuesday by my boyfriend. When I took them out of the box, they appeared to have started to die in transit, and after reading several reviews, I became very concerned that they were DOA. The following day, they began to bloom, and by Day 3, they were in full bloom. AND THEY ARE STILL BEAUTIFUL TEN DAYS LATER. Every two or three days, I simply changed the water, trimmed the stems, and discarded the dead flowers and leaves (which, as you can see, were few). I'm surprised they've lasted this long. br>br>I only have a couple of minor gripes: The bouquet did not contain all of the colors depicted in the photo. There are white, light pink, and dark pink ones in there, as well as ones with yellow shades, but there are much brighter yellows and possibly even a few orange ones in the picture. Also, keep in mind that the number 100 refers to the number of blooms rather than the number of flowers. There are about five blooms on each flower. I counted the blooms and believe there were still fewer than 100. Nonetheless, it's plenty large and lovely!.
Benchmark flowers have never let me down. I am always pleased with everything, from the quick shipping to the perfect packaging. I should mention that I threw out a couple of others that I bought on Amazon and had Benchmark ship to me. Again, thank you for a wonderful time. You're the greatest.
It's been over a week, and they're still there. These are the most beautiful lilies I've ever seen! My sweetheart of a man gave them to me as a birthday present, and I am grateful for them. They're packed fresh and safely when they arrive - It's almost as if they were cut just before being packaged. They have lush, green stems/leaves and closed flowers. However, they open up within a day or two and become truly colorful and lovely. It's been more than a week, and they're still stunning. I changed the water, cleaned the vase, added the plant food, and cut the stems according to the instructions each time the water ran out. The vase itself is the only thing I think could be improved; the bottom is a little rounded, making it a little unsteady. As a result, I have it leaning against the wall or in front of the television. Apart from that, I am completely enamored with them. Amazon has done an excellent job.
Not only was it extremely convenient (and it came with a free 2-day trial), but it was also extremely inexpensive. The flowers arrived in excellent condition and remained beautiful for weeks, which is unheard of for same-day shipping. They arrived in a cardboard box with the vase, flower food, and the bouquet itself wrapped and still in buds; after unwrapping, it kept its shape, but over the course of a day, it began to take on a beautiful shape and bloom. It was also very well put together. br>br>In the future, when I need flowers, I'll come here first. They're in excellent condition, have a great price, and free shipping.
They arrived in good condition, and only a few of them had bloomed. I followed the instructions and made sure to fluff them every day and give them plenty of sun. They bloomed completely in three days and are still looking great five days later. I would buy it again if I could.
