I have never used rice paper that was as bad as this

These Vietnamese egg rolls contain this wrapper, which I used to make them today. As soon as it's fried, it crumbles. It wraps well, but once it's in the pan, it just falls apart. The 20 rolls I made for myself fell apart five out of 20, but the three that didn't fell apart popped open. Despite my newbie status, I have been around for a long time. Vietnamese egg rolls have been part of my repertoire since the 1980s, when a Vietnamese restaurant owner taught me how to make them. It is the first time this has happened to me and I have made 100's for my family at a time. It will not be my brand of choice in the future.

Into the turtle's stomach so they don't have to eat plastic

The rice wrappers I purchased are so I can recreate the video "eating plastic so that turtles do not have to. " My company and I had some good laughs and I wrapped some real wraps with them later. Yet they are tender at the same time. I love it!.
