It seems they comply with the Keto diet. There are only organic young coconuts and organic psyllium husks in this product. A total of 6 grams of fat is present. There are 9 grams of carbohydrates in each wrap but there are also 7 grams of fiber, which leaves only 2 grams of carbohydrates as net carbohydrates. Just 2 grams of sugar are present, but no additional sugar is needed. These wraps were recommended to me because I'm on a keto diet. It's amazing how well they hold up with food and taste fantastic.
My apologies, but I have no idea. In this case, because I have an allergy to dairy products, I haven't used the wraps in a hot oil recipe. I have only used them in sandwiches instead of bread.

Coconut wraps are a hit with us! Their pliability makes it easy to roll things in them and they're really satisfying to roll. Our diet follows the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol, therefore grains are off limits, but these satisfy the craving for bread - I like the following products It has a bready texture with a little chew to it. When we first started the protocol, I wish I had gotten to know about these coconut wraps it might have made the transition Considering the price and the quality, the ONLY reason why I am not giving these 5 stars is because they are so expensive. They are comparable in price to other coconut wraps we've tried, but I just don't think they should cost more than a dollar a piece. They cannot be eaten more than once a month due to the law. The rest of the time, they are great!.
My favorite thing about using these things is that I can make wraps of all kinds. Almond butter, sunflower seeds, and a fruit are typical for me (although I am still just getting started). Although there may be a problem with quality control. Both of the packs I got were good, but the first was particularly good. On the other hand, the other pack was dry and it was cracked all along the seam, so I couldn't roll it However, I couldn't use them for their intended purpose because they couldn't hold anything in them so I ate them like pizza slices rather than use them for the purpose I purchased them for.

I stored this coconut wrap in my food storage closet, safely away from contaminants, similarly to how I stored my other brand coconut wraps - and it ain't so great. In contrast, I found the first package I opened today to be saturated with an AWFUL perfume smell reminiscent of frangipani and jasmine. Not only did it smell of perfume, it also tasted of perfume. The NUCO wraps have barely ever been dry or stiff in my experience. I've been eating them for a long time and seldom have an issue with them. In this 2 pack, the material was completely dry and rigid. It was a bit difficult to even fold them over since they were basically straight out of the pack. Trying to fold them just led to them breaking. I like that they have more fiber per sheet, but I think that comes from the addition of In addition to the high cost, the quality of the sheets is very poor (they are not edible).
