We loved the taste and texture of the food. Shells without carbs are already superior to regular shells, but notice I didn't say that they do not have carbs. There should have been some carbohydrates because corn is used, but it is so much better to use white corn. Unless you are expecting a thick shell, you will be disappointed. The shells are lower in carbs because of the white corn and thinner than normal shells. The picky guys loved them and every time I gave them more, they would ask for My only complaint is that I do not have any. I am sure that this reason helped my boys to feel like they can eat their famous tex- mex I am thankful for the fact that I can eat mex with little guilt.

The weight loss will be slower if you use ground beef and cheese, taco sauce (sugar-free) once a week, and if you do it every few weeks, it's okay

This is a very delicate aspect- The bugs will break if you aren't careful, but they taste good. You won't fit much inside. I would suggest OWL plans, not induction, because you will stall on your weight loss. However, I use ground beef and cheese and taco sauce (sugar free) and once a week my teeth don't hurt as badly.

There is no need to pay such a high price! In fact, I would have given this 5 stars, but the price is way over the top! You won't get this deal again! 12 small, thin shells for almost $10! The prices should be half of what they are

Size is good. I approved of the taste, but the size was a bit on the small side. The impression I have is that it's low carb, but I can live with it for a low carb item.

I have no words to describe this Usually La Tiara shells come with over half crushed, but these were about half Despite the damage to the shells, the box itself was not damaged
