Changing from actual tortillas to tortillas is not an easy process
3/5

As a member of the keto community, I was intrigued by the idea of a somewhat ketogenic food It's safe to eat two tortillas a day if you're only eating one at a time. As part of an exercise I was doing with my colleagues, I bought them in order to try out alternative foods for the diet. There was no problem and everything went according to plan, even got a funny little e-mail I received a message from the company outlining the process for shipping the product. In no time at all, the novelty wore off when I opened the package and found the cauliflorillas to be fragile and I felt like a 9-year-old The year is An old man. Because of the questionable integrity of the effort, it is plain to see that tacos and a few others got sidelined. I found that baking and frying were the only options that worked for me, but if you wish to bake any frozen meat, make sure to do so as soon as possible. Handling them at room temperature is no good because they'll fall apart faster than you can even imagine.

The tortilla I received was so delicious! I was grateful to "Caulipower" after discovering these tortillas, since I am unable to digest grains or dairy
5/5

Other versions of the brand are grain-free, gluten free, and dairy free, however, this particular one is grain-free, gluten free, AND dairy-free. tried other grain-free products in the past that still contained parmesan cheese, so I was thrilled to find this version that has been made vegan. Here are a few tips I would like to share The tortillas should be dry or nearly dry when they are heated in the skillet A tiny dot of oil is all that is needed. As opposed to corn tortillas of greater ruggedness, these Caulipowers are a bit fragile, and they would disintegrate if you microwaved them in butter like you might for A dot of oil or a dry skillet heated to medium-high/high is all you need to put the tortilla in before you set it down Using a flat spatula, flip the burger lightly on both sides for less than one minute each side and place it on a plate. In the same vein, don't overfill these babies with liquid When you put the filling on top of the tortilla, drain it first If you serve these guys too much salsa or taco filling, the little guys will dissolve. However, it is also important to keep in mind that the fragility of these guys is also a sign of how well they will digest Having one of these babies will never give you a stomachache, or have you still feeling hungry an hour later, or make you bloated! A lot of rugged commercial tortillas are designed for travel, not digestion, and some of us with digestive issues pay a high price for that. We should be grateful that these cauliflowers are available The only thing you need to do is heat and handle tortillas more gingerly than usual. Tortillas are based on a starch that most people can digest easily. There is no reason to regret it This is the first time I've really fallen for.

These are a great alternative to tortillas
4/5

I really liked them! I thought the flavor was mild and earthy, not too dissimilar from that of flour tortillas, and it was a nice match for anything that would require a regular tortilla. The products were very well packaged and upon arrival were quite cold, even though I didn't notice that they would be shipped frozen. I did not know they would be shipped frozen when I ordered them. Taking them out of the freezer and heating them in a pan was a little inconvenience, but it was still simple for me to just pile a few of the tortillas on top of whatever I'm cooking in the pan as it's almost done. Warming it up makes it a very good substitute for tortillas.

Whilst they were not as flexible and forgiving as tortillas themselves In my attempt to fold them in half, I had varying results because sometimes the seam would split. I found it works better when I put a tiny amount of avocado oil in the pan to coat the cauliflower tortilla, and I heated it up well before folding it. The coconut ice cream of another brand may be a better choice if you are trying to decide between them and those I really think they're worth getting both, based on the tortilla alternative. Cauliflower tortillas certainly have a bit more strength and are thicker, and also able to be heated. Coconut style tortillas are thin, and so they would not require heating.

The results that you will achieve by using these are probably healthier and cheaper than those obtained by using flour or wheat
5/5

I tried them with chicken, pork, and vegetables. They paired well with most of them (I tried them with chicken, pork, and vegetables). Making this recipe adds extra veggies to your diet and reduces the amount of white flour on your I like that they arrive frozen, so I can keep the extras in the freezer for later use. However, they are a bit expensive, similar to most healthy foods that are bought online. This has been the best cauliflower tortilla I have had so.

A corn tortilla is similar in many ways to this
5/5

It was great to see these! To make some open-mouthed sandwiches, I used them on the same day I bought them In the future, I will make some small pizzas and perhaps wraps with them. (Perhaps you'll need to warm them up longer with a somewhat wetter paper towel so they will bend easily without breaking. really enjoyed them as I had missed corn tortillas.

I am CAULI DIFFICULT TO AFFORD
3/5

It is not a bad "healthy alternative" for a tortilla (even though it is There is simply too much money involved in getting what you get with this product. Instead of wrapping the food, I prefer to leave it.

It would have been wonderful if they tasted as good as the pizza! The taste is similar to corn soft shell tortillas which is fine if you like corn
3/5

However, these are significantly more expensive for the same item. There is nothing I love more than Caulipower Pizza, and I would eat it every day if I had the chance! Caulipower tortillas are not as good as they used to be.

I'm in heaven right now! I have ordered 3 orders from you for my family in less than a month
5/5

They literally are a "bread replacement. " Another is being ordered for my parents and another one is about to be ordered for my daughter who lives out of state. This is SO GOOD AND HEALTHY. I can come up with faults with "most things", but this is that much better.
