This would technically qualify as your only carb of the day if it is your only carb. Also, I'm not sure how many you eat in a serving, but I tend to eat about three (not five, which is how it lists the serving size). This should be of some help
Spring rolls are my specialty, so they are not cooked and they are awesome. Unless you are talking about fried food, I have no idea.

As the reviews for them were higher, I thought they would be worth trying. After receiving the order, I opened the box (there was no padding to help prevent the rice paper from bouncing around), and all packages were open and broke. There are too many different colors for it to be clear which is plastic packaging and which was rice paper. It appears they went through a paper shredder before they were sent. There are now 4 packages of rice confetti in my possession.
My second package is on its way. Tofu, tofu, carrot, cabbage, and brown rice noodles are my favorite fillings for these. My favorite way of letting them air out is to put them in the refrigerator after assembly. It is not my practice to Wrapping them individually in sandwich bags is my method. The cookies I assembled 3 days ago are still good 3 days after I ate them. Here is the link to the brown rice noodles.
Even though I was scared that it might be broken, I still placed the order anyway since I do not want to go to an Asian market yet, and I was willing to pay a little more to have it The four packages arrived in perfect condition. The plastic bags envelopes were tightly filled, so nothing moved around and since all four package were stacked together there was not a single sheet broken out. You can break them apart and use them as a wrapper for something besides your typical flour egg roll.
You can use these to make eggrolls (vietnamese eggrolls) and fry them, but it will take a little more effort. It is always required that you soak these in water to get them soft, so that you can actually wrap your stuffing in them.
Cooking is not a good idea! They are supposed to be spring roll papers, which is why I bought them. Until now, I had no idea that these were not for cooking in any way. Wrapped in them are cooked ingredients that are meant to be eaten raw. Be sure not to make the same stupid mistake I did. If you are hoping to make eggrolls or spring rolls, these are not suitable.
