This isn't mortadella, and I doubt they'd be permitted to call it that. It lacks the meat-to-fat ratio, as well as the color and texture of mortadella. I'm going to toss this because it's extremely greasy and doesn't appear to be healthy. They didn't show how it was cut, which is a shame. Money that was wasted!.
Meat that has a lot of grease. By any stretch of the imagination, this isn't Mortadella at all. I'm not sure they'll be able to package it in that manner. This is for you if you want a peppered salami taste without paying Mortadella prices. If you're looking for Mortadella, look elsewhere because this isn't it.
