You can't beat the real thing

A great product if you want to make authentic carbonara because it has a great flavor! The only thing I don't like about it is It doesn't arrive cold even if you order it in the summer! Mine came 2 days after I ordered it and it was very warm when it arrived! I have found that the ice packs they use don't stay cool for more than two days! As soon as it gets cold outside, I'll be making future orders!
Perhaps if the product were shipped frozen, the ice packs would be able to get the products as cold as possible! Perhaps they could pack the product in dry ice like my frozen porcini mushrooms are packaged, and ship overnight to make things even more convenient!.

This is a great meat for your charcuterie board

I use it on my charcuterie board all the time because it is naturally very oily. In addition, duck meat is tougher than other meat you might find on your board. I believe this is a natural property My platter has become very diverse since adding this ingredient.

Using all 4 packages was a great decision! This was a very good presentation. You can eat the Slice Duck Breast by itself for a delicious snack.
