It doesn; 't say. But, as far as I'm aware, bpa is only used on food storage materials made of plastic or resin.
It's not the case. It's literally corned beef hash from a can. It's by far the best I've had in Arizona. Corned beef is rarely available in pure foods. This is the recipe I use most frequently.
Yes, that's correct. I always serve it with cabbage and garlic.
It's difficult to say, but if I were to eyeball it, it would probably 75% meat and 25% fat marbled across it.

This isn't something to eat. The cans arrived severely dented, despite the fact that the shipping box was undamaged and the packing was adequate. These cans were in bad shape when they left the facility. Food from dented cans should be avoided. This was not a cheap purchase, and due to the lack of a return policy, it must be discarded. This was a complete waste of money. My husband will eat just about anything, but he despises canned corned beef.
You can't quite put your finger on it, but you have a feeling something is wrong. Even though it didn't smell like "decayed processed mush," I couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't quite right. Palm has a corned beef aroma to it. Period. Like spam or other corned beef, not every spoonful looks exactly the same. Some have a darker color, while others have a lighter color, and some have thicker shredded parts while others have fatter shreds. This stuff is AMAZING. I was out of money and had to buy Libby's to tide me over, but it disgusted me. I also tried Ox and Palm, which was utterly revolting (calcified fat, black contamination from the metal can, tendons galore, see my review with photos over there).
This product, for a canned meat pantry item, I think it's pretty good. Any canned beef product will be greasy, gooey, and revolting. This was the first time I tried it in the Cook Islands. It looked like SPAM from New Zealand and the Cook Islands. I saw local airport employees making sandwiches with a can of this and mayo on white bread. That is something I have tried myself. It wasn't very good. However, it is quite tasty when fried with eggs. Canned meats are a backup option for me. As a result, I am more tolerant of poor quality food. I don't think anyone would expect much from canned beef or meat, but canned tuna and chicken seem to keep their texture better. Canned beef, regardless of brand, seems to be a dud.
ALL OF THEM WERE DENTED CANS! I'm not looking forward to becoming ill as a result of these. This brand is one of my favorites, but dented cans are not one of them. Please take action to correct the situation. These, it appears, are not returnable. Hmmmm.
This type of corned beef is rarely found in chain supermarkets. It's occasionally available in Asian supermarkets, but it's not always available. This product is usually cheaper on Amazon, which is why I purchase it from them. It appears to have been imported from New Zealand. br>br>Pros:
- The flavor is incredible; it's savory, with a lot of juices, and it's not too salty. The high-quality meat used in this product is something you'll definitely appreciate. br>- The texture is fantastic, and you can see the strands of beef when you eat it. br>br>Cons: It may be a little too fatty depending on your preferences, as it produces a lot of oil while cooking in the pan. It's a little oily and probably has more fat content than the typical corned beef available in the United States.
Please either give me my other items or refund me.
I use this corned beef to make fried potatoes and corned beef, which we eat plain or in burritos or tacos. Taquitos can also be made directly from the can.
These were recently purchased and are scheduled to arrive on December 1, 2022. Both cans have already passed their expiration date of October 19, 2020. It had been 15 months. br>br>I understand that canned goods can last past their expiration date, but who in their right mind wants to buy expired goods that aren't labeled as such?.
